Detailed plans that are site specific to the project needs. Starts in the pre-construction phase and carries through construction. Ensuring all responsibilities are clear and concise, procedures (including RFI's, submittals, long lead times, correspondences, meeting minutes formats have been developed) and filings are in place.
Accelerated Project Schedules
Manage the aggressive but realistic accelerated schedules. Provide weekly and bi-weekly schedule updates. Holding all parties accountable for their supplies including lead time schedules and installation start and end dates. Managing and maintaining milestone dates.
Safety Orientations
Discussions prior to any individual starting work on site. Make them familiar with the existing conditions of the site, evacuation plans, work times, building procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Safety Pre-task Planning
Daily plans detailing each activity description, manpower and durations to better plan the days events and ensure a safety over view has been held.
Daily Reporting
Daily manpower counts with detailed activity descriptions including material deliveries.
Anticipating cost reporting and project status reports
Detailed cost reporting tracking the original project budget including the general conditions and staff forecasts reporting actuals and comparing to the original estimates. Ensuring the project stays within budget.
Final Project Data Reports
Document all aspects and components of the project. A vital tool to compare to the original design intent and useful tool to market and compare future projects.
